ABSA worst bank ever

I have made many requests for Absa to assist me with my mobile Absa app as I’m locked out and unable to login. I can’t go to a branch as I’m currently out of the country. It’s been a week now dealing with this *********** bank, totally lacks any form of customer service and certainly no empathy for their clients. Absa if you looking at this I’m only available on email.
