Absa, worst bank ever.

Dear Absa, you are the WORST Bank ever, I'm officially there, despite my colleagues, friends and family that had been saying that for years, I have been loyal and have been with Absa for the last 35+ years, last year, you gave me the worst deal on a new homeloan, FNB came, and, despite never having dealt with them, actually treated me like a loyal customer, like they actually cared about my business, yesterday was the last straw, I wanted to open a bank account for my daughter with you, she is 16, but despite applying for her ID Document twice already, we still do not have it, I do however have her original birth certificate, my id, proof of residence, all the things you asked for, only to be told, no, they cannot help me, she is 16 already, and they can only assist with her ID, however, if it was a few months ago, no problem, they could have done it, no problem?? Seriously, what is the difference? All this child wanted for Christmas was money so she could open a bank account and order items from Shein, like any normal teenager her age, now she sits with money, but can't order. I walked out of Absa highly upset, walked into Standard as well as FNB, enquired with them, sure mam, not a problem, we'll be able to assist, Now I finaly understand why there was hardly any people in such a big branch of Absa (Greenstone) while FNB was packed to the rim. Shame on you, you are pathetic and soon I will take ALL of my banking over to FNB, that treats me like I matter, oh yes, and your ATM's are forever busted, forever tells you that there is a problem with your card chip, despite the fact that the card is brand new, however, tomorrow you go to that same ATM, suddenly your chip is fine, shame on you, you suck.
