ABSA Worst bank ever!

I have a Vehicle bond with ABsA. They have sent me an SMS on that it’s festive season and that they want to deduct the installment of the 1st of January on the 23rd of December. It stated I should reply yes or no to which I rep**** no. They still took it on the 23rd. Which made me mad. Needles to say, I left it. This morning the same amount was taken. Phoned the bank, they said it is a glitch it happened to everyone and they have escelated to have the money paid back. Now my problem I explained to the consultant. 1. Why ask me if they can take it the 23rd, me stating no and they do it anyway. 2. Taking it for again on today. 3. I have a home loan bond installment going off tomorrow, if I do not get that money back in time who’s at fault. It is breech of contract as I did not agree to a bouble instalment for Jan.

If they did this with everyone’s debit orders and keep the money for just even one day, they score accumelating rent on money that is not theirs to have kept in the first place right. Phoned in and only can they tell me I have to wait for my money to come back!
