ABSA - worst bank EVER!!!!

The worst bank EVER. This is the third time I am complaining on Hello Peter. And each time they write and tell me the problem has been solved and that they have all the necessary documents and I can go ahead and transact on the account but when I go to the bank to make any transactions they say the account is on hold!!!!! This is terrible service!!!!!
