Absa worst bank ever and a bunch of *******.

I went to the bank in September last year to inform them that I was been retrenched. I told them that I would be running into financial hardships. Then I gave them the proof that I was retrenched. Then after skipping payments now for two months because I just don’t have the money to pay they start calling me. They ask me to send them the. Paper work to show I was retrenched. So I did then a while later they call again and ask me for it again then I sent them the paper work again. Then they handed me over to a law firm for collection. They say I never sent them the paper work. Which after that I went to the bank and saw them. I also had canceled all debit orders so that I don’t land up with bounced debit orders and so forth. Yet I am being charged monthly for bounced debit orders. In a span of 3 months I now owe absa 1900 rand because if bounced debit orders and that is after I paid 300 in. They are tipping me off badly. I am at the point that I will be going to a different bank and opening a bank account there. Then I will refuse to pay the negative amount on my bank account because it is unfair not theft. They are charging me 150 each time a debit order bounces and that is a *******. So they are now losing a Client that has been with them for 16 years now because they ripping me off so badly in a time of hard ship. So I would really advise that of any one is looking for a decent bank do not use absa at all because you will just get ripped of and stollen from. They have ****** over 2000 from me on a space of 3 months. They don’t care about their clients that are going through a hard time they only worry about where they can make money even if it means ripping the smaller people off. Like my self because I don’t earn a million a month. So be careful using absa. Because they charge stupid amounts of money. They said to me they would look into this and get back to me to see where they can help. But they never did. At the time they said that I was in the negative with 890 rand then a month later after they failed to call me I then get told I am now negative 1900. So not only did they not help not try sort it out they charged me an extra 1100. So yeah ***** the small guys that actually keep your doors open. I bet you all right now. That once they Read this. They will call me and say they will see where they can help sort this out and then put a reply on hello Peter saying that the matter has been sorted out mean time that will be a lie to make the public think they are doing good. And right after they put the reply in they will charge me even more and will not have sorted out anything with regards to the stupid amount of money they are steeling from me rather just steel some more from a client that has been hit with hard times because of this country.
