ABSA WORST BANK

So I Opened Absa Student Cheque Account and I was Not using it without having a Proper Knowledge I deposited my Money for December in it And When I tried To Access my Funds I received several error massages than I decided to call Absa Customer care than They told Me That my account has A Legal Hold Than I requested cellphone number for their legal department an Called them only to find that they will tell me that the account is Not with them is With Pre legal which is Collection departments I did call them too an they said they can't help me since the account has a Legal Hold Soo I must call legal department and I did that now it's like I'm a Fool I've called several times the only thing they do is To send me into Different departments without helping me and This Is Frustrating because my family didn't even celebrate Christmas because my money is Stack with Absa an the said thing is Everyone of them had the best Christmas they had money while I'm suffering with my family and tomorrow it new year's eve and still I won't celebrate because I decided to be stupid an bank with Absa the worst bank ever I regret the day I started with the bank like them with poor service like this
