ABSA worst and most unhelpful bank!

I have been into bluff branch, called the call centre and for the past 2 years have not received a statement for my loan. No one can help me at all. After 2 years to not receive a statement via post is a serious issue! Absa is the worst bank, they are slow to assist and extemely rude! Aftet 2 years i have to resort to posting. Seems like no one in absa can help! This is horrific! This is such poor form after all of these years!
