Absa worse nightmare

I wrote a review about absa replacement card that is less than 12 months but chip not working,i was only contacted by email,mind you i am still inconvenienced, the company and all its staff are at easy now,its midday on Monday, still cant access my funds,i was told to go visit the branch,they knew exactly that you w8ll find a queues like that of first elections in 1994,i dont like that,to them its doesn't matter.
