Absa worse insurance ever?????????

They are worse than ever, especially when you have to claim, my issue has still not been resolved to this date. They are *********** on another level. You have to constantly email or call to find out what's happening, then they stop sending emails or communicating and you are left in the dark not knowing what's happening. Truly the worse bank ever
