Absa worse bank ever

By far the worse bank ever ,I have a cheque account and now apparently is closed and Absa is holding money and I need access to my account Absa has already deducted or taken whatever amount was due for fees ,now I need my money im being told to wait 5 to 10 working days and I have a death in the family, this is absolutely terrible service .
