ABSA WORSE BANK BY FAR!!!!!

a Debit Order that was not authorized or know who they are takes money from my account, I stopped it, but it keeps going off. ABSA said they will stop it and refund me but ****. When I phoned them again, the staff member does not know what to do and just transferred me back into the que. It seems like ABSA just don't assist their clients due to their incompetence or laziness to do what is expected from them.
