ABSA WORKING WITH **** DEALERS!

I bought a car from Norbert Autos a week ago but QCARS are the ones that submitted my details to ABSA I don't know how are two dealerships involved in this matter I don't know if ABSA IS AWARE OF THAT. I now want to cancel THE DEAL I no longer want the car its not in a good condition Ford inspected the car and confirmed with me,I don't know if Hurbert Turlsur form ABSA car finance works with these **** people or what because he refused me to come to the branch and cancel the deal.can I please be assisted to cancel this deal as soon as possible.

thank you can I please get prompt response ,I just want to know if the deal has been cancelled. I requested Hubert to cancel it from 03/09/2018 but I still have not gotten any response.
