Absa workers not doing their jobs

Can someone at Absa please just catch a wake up and help me to sort out my problem i have been having over a week now , absa keep on phoning me saying i own them money on my personal loan now my name has been listed to the credit bureau's for not paying but the loan went of Via debit order on the first and i paid the loan via my online banking on the 26 and they refunded me one amount and the stupid lady that was doing the refund never rectified my account now each day i keep on getting calls and sms's that my account is outstanding ???? i want this sorted and my Name updated.... you guys are quick to give people over for PAYING LATE or What the hell ever but if your workers do n stuff it you let it slide it is our names that is on the line here soooo please i am losing my patients now.... and i hope you guys take this furthers with the person who did not do their jobs........
