ABSA WOODBRIDGE

<p>I struggle now 3 months to get a title deed from Absa.</p> <p>i personally went to the local Absa branch, Woodbridge, Glen Acres.</p> <p>Monica Ramachela promised me I will received the document within 2 weeks.</p> <p>I am still waiting for the documents, after various emails, another visit on 4April 2016 to the bank, and a letter from the Attorney who will arrange transfer of the house.</p> <p>The title deed was initially lodge with Absa as security for a loan by the deceased, Edward Keller. With my first visit on 7 March 2016, the document was released, because the loan was a long time been paid up.</p> <p>The property is in the Estate and must be transferred to the Spouse. We cannot finalise the Estate herein.</p>
