ABSA won't remove a paid up account from my credit record

Good day, I had bought a car in 2020, on balloon payment and it was financed by ABSA. I had finished paying for the car, but on my credit record this account still shows as current with monthly payment of R 68 264. This is preventing me from getting a bond because affordability. I did contact absa about this, they gave me a paidup letter. This is letter is useless, and absa keep refering to different people.
