Absa won't pay my money back

21/11/2021 made a deposit into a absa atm of an amount of R2850.00 at 10:07 .The machine started count my notes then it stopped I then recieved a slip stating that my transaction was unsuccessful. Went to a north gate branch and was told it will be fixed 4-5 working days. Today I went bank to the branch and apparently the money was paid into my account on the 30 October and it was now R2000 and recipient uses a 076 number I was shocked I have never made any queries where I lost money before.I don't know if i will ever get back my money that I deposited into atm 90972 in horizon view only they know.
