Absa won't close my paid up credit card.

I had a credit card with Absa which fell in arrears when I went studying full time and stopped working, it was handed over and I had an arrangement which I honored monthly.

Upon staring to work again I settled my credit card but to this day Absa doesn't want to close it. I am trying to build my credit record so that my life can go back to normal but Absa is standing in my way.

I'm very disappointed with their service, I never expected this from such a big organization.
