ABSA wont cancel my credit card
I went to the branch and closed all my ABSA accounts, but apparently you cannot close your credit card at a branch. I have phoned the call centre three times, spoken to an agent and requested that they close my credit card. The agent then says that they will call me back, which has never happened. How am I supposed to stop my credit card account?
