Absa Witholding my money from me

VERY FRUSTRSTED,,!!!I am not allowed access to my money for more then a month now . I have SUBMITTED the correct FICA 4 times snd each time I'm waiting in the bank for a resolution for at least 2 hours minimum yet I leave without my money. have been a customer with Absa for more than 5 years and starting to think the company is slacking . ABSA GIVE ME MY MONEY,!!!
