ABSA withholding release of Natis document

I've been requesting a copy of the Natis document for my vehicle since 18/06/2018 and ABSA conveniently omitted to send a copy of the document. I then submitted a system generated request today (20/06/2018) , but ABSA sent me the wrong document. I then called and spoke to a consultant and the consultant informed me that ABSA does not have the document on record and they will log a call to request the document, a process which could take up to 48 hours.

My vehicle is financed through ABSA, how is it that they don't have a copy of the Natis document? This honestly seems to be a delaying tactic on the part of ABSA so that they can debit another installment from me in a few days. This is a competitive environment and as clients if we are offered better deals, we will leave, ABSA cannot force us to stay by withholding documents which we need to transition to another financing house.

I see other clients have also complained about ABSA withholding the Natis document.
