Absa withdrew homeloan application.
I recently app**** for a bond at Absa and it passed the credit and affordability checks. However when it got to the property valuation the application was withdrawn. I don't understand why, when I enquired from the absa property specialist they could not give me an exact answer. First I was told there is no bodycorporate(i submitted the financials) then I was told the property is too old. FnB, Nedbank, Standard have valued the property and provided me with an offer. It's unfortunate because I have been banking with absa for 15 years. What can I request or ask so that I can get a clear answer on what the application was declined?
