Absa Wills not so efficient

I have since taken up a Will with Absa , up till this day I am yet to receive a copy of the will, never even signed it. I have been asking them for the copy to no avail and or response. Yet they have made me take up an Absa credit life against the will to ensure execution fees are catered for, they do not fail to debit my account with the premium of what I have never seen/ received.
