ABSA WILLS IS TURNING OUT TO BE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

It is impossible to get through to the ABSA wills call centre. Want to do an update but I just get the highly irritating message of "high call volumes" and nothing more.

If volumes are so great get more staff.... I managed to get through once and that was to the wrong department who advised me to into the branch...... The lines are even worse there and I do not want a local clerk in a branch in a very small town know my personal wishes.. I pay wills annually and I am simply getting no service. Even requesting a copy of the existing will turned out to be very challenging
