ABSA willing allows pensioner to be de*****ed of her savings

My mother, a widowed pensioner, recently got ****med and de*****ed by MTN. Someone hacked her MTN account and added 2 erroneous numbers at 4,300% increase on her monthly invoice (from R145 to R6,300). MTN were unable to cancel the debit order because those who hacked her account also changed the number for OTP authorisation. When we requested ABSA to cancel the debit order, they refused to do it, and sent us back to MTN who were also unable to help us. How can a bank who holds your money in trust, refuse to carry out an instruction that has been proven by MTN to be *****ulent and allow my mother's pensioner account o knowingly be de*****ed of this amount? SHOCKING service ABSA!!
