Absa will not resolve my query.

I have been promised by absa to resolve my issue lodged months ago where they insured me with Regend for the cover that I did not need or request for that matter. <br> When I purchased my car absa requested the proof of insurance documents for my car as they financed my vehicle. I gave them proof but still they went and insured me wirh another company. I never requested any insurance from absa or regend but I absa have been deducting my money for years for insurance that I do not need on behalf of Regend.<br> Absa cancelled the insurance immediately after my complaint but refuse to refund me all the premiums they have deducted. <br> I am so sick and tired of the service I received from absa and feel so manipulated and ******.<br> Can absa please refund me sll the premiums they have been deducting from my account as I was told the matter will be discussed with Regend and they will request Regend to refund me. <br> Regend refused to refund me and now absa did not respond to my email. They just ignore me and that really ****es me off.<br> Regend came up with an excuse that I don't even understand as to why they will not pay my refund. Can absa please sort this out. <br>
