Absa will not refund for the Card ***** commited

Card ***** was committed on my account, on the 31/12/2014 where an amount of R2,000.00 was withdrawn from my account at 05:44 am from an Absa ATM in Kwa Mashu and a purchase of R219.40 was done at Shoprite at 09:03am.
My card was swopped after using an ABSA ATM on the 30/12/14 to withdraw money.
When I went on the 31/12/14 to withdraw again, the ATM swallowed my card and I run immediately into the bank where they informed it wasn't my card, my card had been swooped.
Now after nearly 1 month later I get feedback you cant refund or take responsibility for the ***** committed after I used an ABSA ATM and the ***** was committed at an ABSA ATM again.
R2,219.40 was ****** from me, surely you must have an insurance for this, especially your innocent customers this is injustice as I take the loss and no longer have faith in using ABSA ATM!!! Why when I want to draw cash not more than R2,000.00 it is not allowed but the perpetrators could withdraw and purchase more than this amount???

I expect feedback on why ABSA shall not be taking responsibility???!!!!!

Regards

Mariam Majozi
