Absa will not give me information on a case that involves me

I had the worst experience with Absa and i am not even a client of theirs, so basically there was impersonation ***** on my name at Absa where a credit card was opened on my name and ID Number and money was spend on my name, so all of was sorted after fighting and going back and forth, but now they will not give me an update as to how this happened, and that i need to subpoena Absa, when i am not even a client of theirs and they messed up some where for allowing this ti happen without verifying the correct information, they didn't even have y correct Cellphone number.
