Absa will Increase your limits and Loans but will never help when you need Help with payments

Dear Absa, I always paid my accounts on time every month, the 2 personal loans and credit cards, it was so easy getting an increase on my loan and credit cards. however, in Jan /Feb this year I emailed the bank and asked for help the increasing cost of living etc made payments difficult I never received the call that I was promised, I ended up in hospital with stress now I am handed over. sad as I asked for help and Absa didnt care!
