Absa will department

If ever you are considering taking up your will with Absa I strongly advise against it. My father passed away in September 2020 and had his will drawn up by Absa. When we went to the Verulam branch we were told that the will was not valid however they took copies of our ID's and said we should wait for their call. Months went by and no one called. We decided to go to their branch in Phoenix where we were told that the will was Indeed valid and gave us a number to call the head offices were our call was unanswered. I then took Melanie's number who works in the will's department. I managed to reach her in 2021 and said she will send a copy to the head offices and send me an email once this is done but unfortunately till today we are unable to reach her. Two years later and we are still waiting on Absa
