ABSA - Where you get no service and no one cares

My accounts have been locked for almost a month now, because NO ONE at ***ca can read or cares to assist.

One tries to be nice and assist but get this treatment. I have phoned twice, sent numerous emails, numerous phone calls, went into the branch and you are STILL NOT ASSISTING ME?

I guess to ABSA having your account frozen for more than a month is considered a "minor inconvenience"

The only person, from another department who has tried to assist me is Kutlwano Raphiri from the Fica department. ABSA does not deserve to have her as an employee. Thank you for trying Kutlwano, you deserve a promotion.
