ABSA Where is my money?????

On April 2017 I went into the branch to change my straight facility to budget , my limit is R10 000 the lady said to me she can move R9900 to budget and then I can pay it of in 36 months, every month on the 7th the budget facility goes of +~ R376, so I am paying it now for 20 months, I phoned in 15 times or more no one can assit me in the call centre they say the balance is R10 000 there are nothing avaible. So I have been paying R376 for 20 months for nothing??? Even whent into the branch no one can assit me what must I do? I AM FED UP!!!!! So paid about R7520 and nothing available, can someone please explain to me where is the money I been paid up so far??

I requested a manger to phone me back 2 weeks ago seems like there are no manger at Absa?
