Absa - What is service, do you actually know?

Dear Absa,

You really need to look at the way you treat you customers. Customer is gold, but when you give no service, this tell me exactly how you feel about your customers.

Yesterday I went to Norwood Asba to deposit so money. When I got there at 08H35, there doors were not even opened. About a minute later, they opened there doors. I went to the tellers and was first inline. I then waited tell about 08H53 to be served. Is this service Dear Absa, is this the way you treat your clients? This is phathetic to say the least.

There are no tellers in the branch. Every one I speak to, is leaving or wants to leave. For most of this year, they have only had one teller on the counter. This includes over month end. Again Dear Absa, is this the way to treat your customers. I have spent so many hours in that branch waiting, because they are short staffed.

I have spoken to the manager, and she tells me Absa Head Office, dont want to give them staff. This makes no sense to me.

So Dear Absa, is this how you want to treat you customers? You dont care about my time or other customers time. I work hard and dont have time to waste waiting, because Absa has a staff shortage.

If I was not from the old school, where I am scared of changing banks, I would have left Absa a long long time ago.

Please get your act together Dear Absa, when I sit in those queues, I hear how the people compalin. You will start if not started alredy loosing customers, as you dont care about them.
