ABSA!!! WHAT A COMPLETE DISASTER OF A BANK!!!

I wouldn’t even give ABSA a single star if I could!!! Their service is absolutely shocking!!! How can a ***** line — where people are calling because their money is in danger — keep you on hold for over 20 minutes?! Completely unacceptable!!!

When someone finally answered, the consultant was useless!!! I asked for a manager — “not available.” I asked for the call recording — she didn’t even know how to get it!!! After wasting more time, she told me to email *** for it myself!!! No reference number, no urgency, NOTHING!!!

This bank is making millions, yet can’t even manage a proper ***** department!!! Capitec answered within seconds!!! ABSA clearly doesn’t care about its clients!!!

My issue is still not solved, and I’m beyond angry!!! Worst experience ever with any bank!!! ABSA, FIX YOUR SERVICE!!!
