ABSA - WE provide Money NOT customer Service

Absolutely Nothing.

I read some of the complaint of client from ABSA on HelloPeter and there was complaints that ABSA just reply on HelloPeter but they do not come back at all.

Here is what I heard from the 21Sept from ABSA Dear Client

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will investigate the matter and provide feedback once the matter has been resolved.

Nothing Else. What good customer service they have. Well Done for not coming back to me. Thank You. ABSA don't worry about their customer, but more about their customers money.
