went to absa waverley plaza to deposit about 5k in coins. firstly, one Lucy Raphunga is the laziest and rudest cashiers i have ever encountered. She refused to help and was exceptionally rude saying things to me and my elderly father under her breath in her native language. We left the branch unable to complete our deposit because of gross incomitance and lazyness from one LUCY RAPHUNGA.
