Absa Waste of Time!

Absa I am tired of the poor service from you and your team.

App**** for a credit card and got an sms last week Wednesday and on friday I try and retrieve and they have no idea where it is. And you guys tell me I must go to the motherwell branch to check if it's there this week?!?! You know how many times I have been to the motherwell branch and I have to waste time waiting in line, as well as calling *** to understand why my credit card was not delivered to my premises instead, cause I never asked it to be delivered to absa brand in motherwell, DO I STAY THERE???! Or is it cause I waste so much time there i might as well stay there! I call the credit line number and they can't tell me the charges for exempt purchases, I ask the tellers and they can't tell me shi either!! Where the hell is my card?! My banking app tells me it's at the branch but they have no idea!
