ABSA WANTS BUT REFUSES TO GIVE

I do not want to give Absa even one star. You keep deducting money from my account for my credit card and yet it NEVER shows up on my statement. You deduct when you feel like it even though you know my salary comes in on the last day of the month which costs me more money. You harass me telephonically and when I request a statement reflecting all the payments that have gone off my account. I am ignored. I block your numbers and now I am being harassed from an unknown number. I refuse to make any further payments until I have an updated statement.
