Absa vs Nedbank holding my own money hostage

I have an investment account with Nedbank. I do early withdrawal into my Absa Account. For this I get a penalty fee which I dont mind because it only takes 48 hours. But it dont. This is the 3rd time I have to send emails to Absa and Nedbank, both saying its the other party's problem as they must relase it. Meanwhile, my money is floating in cyber space and someone (not me) is hetting the interest. It has now been another 6 days and still waiting for Absa to clear /release my funds which I withdrew online from Nedbank on the 5th already. I live in a small town so I have to Communicate and do everything online. But to no avail. Still no money in my Absa. But Nedbank released it long ago. So what must i do. Please email me. Or change what need to be changed but that money must be in days ago already. This is ********* and giving me a lot of stress
