Absa vs ***** = failure

Absa does not care about *****, I purchased something online, purchase failed due to Absa issue, now I did not recieve order number or any details. Tried contacting company I bought from, I do think they do not exist. I sent a email to ********** that was last week, no feedback or answer yet. Phoned Absa Fruad department this morning, lady on the phone was less than helpfull and refused to assist in any matter. I will start looking at a new bank, Absa does not care about clients
