ABSA VRYHEID USELESS!!!!!!!
We have been to the Vryheid branch on Friday where our business banker "helped" us, we left almost 2hours later and had absolutely nothing done. After following up later Friday, Monday and Tuesday, I now received a mail saying he will do it tomorrow. This is unacceptable!!! We are a business, how am I supposed to work???
If ABSA can't help me I will move my account to someone who would actually help me.
