Absa vosloorus goldspot atm

On Sunday the 29th of March, I was very sick with productive cough and I decided to go get some meds at our nearest pharmacy. When I was done I decided to withdraw money so that I can have cash just in case I get worse and I need to request. Next to me was this ABSA atm so I decided to use it, withdraw from my capitec using the absa atm that is. When I inserted the card it didn't read so I canceled and restarted the transaction. I inserted the card for the second time and after a while the atm retained my new card from capitec. As I was still puzzled someone else came and used the atm and it worked the card wasn't retained and they got the cash. My new card was retained for no good reason, I didn't even ask for my pin and I inserted it correctly by the chip. I don't know if this is how absa treats customers who use different banks. I had to pay R150 since I was admitted to get a new card from capitec, most of my important subscription didn't go through. Just like that I have lost money, maybe this atms should be removed from our complexes in the township if it's gonna cost me so much.

Infact I will be posting in our community group for people to avoid that atm.
