Absa virgin money

I am dissatisfied with absa virgin money credit card. I recieved a statement that i will be debited R503.00 instead i was debited 1046.65. The debit order is authenticated. I called using my airtime for 30 minutes trying to get answers. Both the call center agent and collections cant explain the amount debited is different from the amount on the statement. I want my refund please
