Absa Vincent Park

Could not move forward with my complaint without selecting a rating, they are not even worthy of 1 star. Absa Vincent Park offers the worse service possible. It's like they aim to give horrible customer service. Their process is extremely slow, sitting in the queue for over an hour now and still not been helped. There are 5 spaces allocated to customer service but only 3 are filled. The one consultant helped 3 people within an hour, the second consultant helped 2 people and the third one is still helping the same customer. More people left than the people that were actually helped. No sight of the branch manager, host is sitting in the front and greeting the people instead of working the queue. People were in the wrong queue! Customer services is worried about cross selling to make targets whilst 10 people walk out without assistance. They have more staff walking around then actually working and helping customers. Thank God I'm here to close all my accounts....I suggest you do the same!
