ABSA VF - unauthorized Additional Charges
This past month, i was charged an additional 1600 on my car installment from Absa VF. i would like to know how ABSA can just add additional charges to your account with absolutely no authorization? I received no email requesting authorization to add insurance to my car installment when i have already had my own comprehensive insurance for over 2 years. Pathetic that financial institutions are just allowed to take what they want from your account with absolutely no implications.
