ABSA - Very poor Customer Service

Good day,

I have requested an debit order to be reversed from my account on the 2nd of March already. I gave all the relevant information and got an email back saying my query will be sorted within 2 business day. We are now on the 5th business day and still the debit order reversal has not been done. I need urgent feedback as this is very poor customer service from ABSA.
