ABSA very horrible customer service

My payment suddenly did not reflect on my account after i have been getting it every Tuesday. I'm angry...Both branch and telephone services. I was transferred from one agent to another and put on hold until my airtime ran out***) I'm trying to track my international payment that was sent to me on the 1st of September and still has not reflected on my Absa bank. I'm getting another payment again on the 8th so it means it wont pull through my account, ABSA is *****ing my money. I trusted them and though it was very safe.
