ABSA VERY BAD SERVICE

Dear All, Am very upset reason being I finished my ABSA loans and credit cards etc. in 2017, after I sold my house I have letters to proof the account is settled, from last year I had a bad turn, all my things were basically ****** and I had to start from scratch's, so I tried to open a furniture account by stores but I cannot as the stores are saying am a bad paying customer, this is bull **** cause all my life I had a good record in paying. But I finished up the account and was in and out by the bank confirming that it is closed and they agrea, so myself and my 9 year old son had to sleep on a cold floor could not afford to get a bed, fridge you know the basic as we need to live in a place. So I went to go and view my cried score as my surprise my absa credit card etc. is showing I still owe them money. They never cleared my name.
