Absa Vehile Finance Poor service

I had a vehicle financed by AVAF and I got into an accident last year. Insurance paid up the account and I paid shortfall and I was told the account was closed now. Today I still find the account open on my credit record. I called the contact center (669 669) and they gave me numbers that doesn't go through. I called again and I was given different number to Legal***). When I got hold of them, I was given another number to recoveries***). I called recoveries and they said they don't have my account there. I called back Legal and they just told me "we cannot help you, call recoveries", I tried explaining that I did that as you said and I'm not getting any help. The guy at Legal just said "well you should still call them". I'm very dissatisfied with this service because it has been difficult even when I get hold of ABSA, to connect me to the right person to help me.
