ABSA VEHICLE NOT OWING UP TO THEIR MISTAKE

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with ABSA vehicle finance. So in the beginning of this Lock down i app**** for the 3 months payment relief and i was approved, i was fortunate to still receive a bit of my salary in those 3 months so i made payments into my vehicle account every month. My relief ended on the 1st of July and i called ABSA requesting them to take the money i have been paying into the vehicle account and settle the 3 months, to my surprise ABSA went and debited my personal account. when i called to find out what happend your consulted said i authorized the transaction, HOW? when i have money sitting in my vehicle account and i asked that you capitalize that money? now i have a negative amount on my account and i am sure my credit score is affected due to the BOUNCED debit. if this is how ABSA treats their customers then you can be sure that i will be taking all 3 accounts i have with you somewhere else. Please rectify this and pay me the charges i occurred due to your INCOMPETENCY
