ABSA VEHICLE FINANCES
am not happy with Absa vehicle finance how they handle my application the question the consultant is how come ABSA approve my home loan and declined the vehicle application where is logic there am the biggest client ABSA is making a lot of money from me a 20 year contract and 5-6 year contract with same employment contract I don't know if the consultant made his or her research about my employment I don't he/she did, Wheater is vehicle department or home loan department they belong to ABSA bank. ABSA am not happy with respond please review my application the is a lot of institutions that I can move my business too, please sort out your house this is not fair I got friends who are white are ABSA client got home loan and vehicle finances they didn't get such treatment and responds from you ABSA, I feel like this is a personal attack a black person can't get both home loan and vehicle loan that's my personal view, I hope and pray I will get different respond from top management, my many thanks

25 Apr 2024, 14:05am still not happy with the reply from ABSA the consultant so the mistake y didn't he/she did not rectify it, check my profile with ABSA home loan how the application was proceed they asked a lot documents from the company so y the consultant didn't ask me that this is just an excuses from ABSA a well known bank handling application like amateur this is unacceptable, you know when you working abroad the is no permanent job you renew they give assurance of that especially in the middle east is their policy but that doesn't stop me not apply loans on top of that I put a deposit. ABSA am very disappointed how you handle my application very disappointed.

25 Apr 2024, 17:24I phoned the vehicle finances department I spoke with the consultant she is promise me her manager is working on my case the manager will call me in few minutes nothing that was 14:06b pm using my airtime, it shows clearly that ABSA doesn't take me seriously how can you promise you will call and you don't is it because am Black am asking I need answers but nothing for me am done with ABSA is clearly management don't take black client seriously y my application was declined without proper research by the consultant, ABSA home loan approved the loan so y vehicle loan is not approved I have used same contract with home loan 10 months contract they asked relevant question I give them answers, what is problem that's how they work.
